I only make hand written records which are filed securely and copies can be made available to Clients on request. I do not video record client sessions or keep electronic records of session discussions or client information other than email addresses. All information that I obtain from you will be kept in the strictest confidence unless otherwise required by law.
Be assured that your privacy will be respected at all times. I ask you to be as honest as possible with your information. Returning your form before your first session, gives me time to prepare in advance, thus saving video call time. The Client Information form is important as it gives me a chance to get to know you and the issues that you wish to work on. Once your sessions have been booked, a Client Information form will be emailed to you. You will need to complete and return this form before your initial appointment. Payment is required before sessions begin. Sessions can be purchased singly or in blocks of three. I will email you appointment and payment options. It would be a good idea at this stage to let me know the days and times that are best for you. What Happens Next?
